I have yet to attend a meeting, however I’ll be going on Monday at lunch to one near our office. A co-worker goes to those meetings and I’ve invited myself along.
As of this morning I’ve lost another 2 pounds for a total of 3.5 gone since I started. And this despite not really following it diligently for a couple days this week. I’ve moved my weigh-in day to Mondays so with any luck I’ll lose another half pound or so before Monday’s meeting.
Congrats, Jane! Every ounce counts towards your goal. I think it’s smart to weigh in on Mondays, because it will keep you motivated to eat well during the weekend (when it SO easy to slack).
I’m thinking of joining and wondered what program you are registered under?
Lorna – I’m doing the Flex plan because there is no way that I could do the Core plan since I’m a very picky eater.
