Denis just found out the amount to be transferred for our closing today on the land. He is on his way as I type to the bank to wire transfer the money to the lawyer in Fort Mill. Then once all docs are signed, the land will be ours. Yippee!!

Obviously I’ll post about our weekend in the next couple of hours, but suffice to say it was an AWESOME weekend and totally solidified the fact that we’re doing the right thing by moving down there.
