I was doing a search to see if I could figure out how many calories the Wii games burn if you are fully into them and don’t just twitch the remotes in your hands.
Turns out – it’s pretty reasonable!
Wii Boxing: 81 cal. / 10 min.
Wii Tennis: 44 cal. / 10 min.
Wii Bowling: 34 cal. / 10 min.
Wii Baseball: 29 cal. / 10 min.
Wii Golfing: 22 cal. / 10 min.
So the night I played Wii Tennis for 3 hours? Means I just *might* have burned almost 800 calories. And I can believe it given the amount of sweat I was producing that evening.
