God Bless Tivo. Last night I was able to cram about 5 hours of tv into just over 3 hours.
Deal or No Deal: I love this show and love that it was a clown family on last night. SO glad he came away with a good deal AND the girl!
American Idol: So my prediction came true – I’m not surprised. My hope for next week: Ace kills on stage and goes home the next night.
The Amazing Race: I thought for SURE it was going to be a non-elimination round. GLAD with who went home. Finally!
Lost: I’m thrilled that we got to see Rose and Bernard’s backstory! He was being a real jerk and I was afraid that after all her “my husband is not dead” stuff when they first crashed that he was going to be undeserving of such confidence and hope. But in the end he is a great man who just genuinely loves his wife. Next week: MICHAEL!!!
Seventh Heaven: I have to admit that I laughed myself silly during this week’s episode involving Simon’s wedding and Matt’s graduation being on the same day. It’s a hokey show, sure, but I still love it. Mainly cuz the Mom was cracking ME UP in this episode. Her character can sometimes fall into caricature but last night was spot on. My favorite line was when she called Lucy and said, “Okay, sometimes you are a better Christian than I am.” It’s all context, so it doesn’t seem funny to you, but watching it last night? I laughed HARD.
