This morning Denis and I were up at 5:15 am because CootieGirl felt it was time to be up as well. Fortunately, she settled into our bed pretty easily and didn’t require us to play with her – she nestled into a pillow and rested quietly for another hour (however, she and I remained awake the entire time). I finally got up at 6:15 am and began getting ready for work. Since I was up a full 20 minutes before I normally get up I went ahead and did full makeup (I normally do only a bit of makeup – no eye stuff other than eyeliner). I also took a blowdryer to my hair, which I never do. I’m more a “put hair back in headband” girl than a “blow your hair out and make it pretty” girl.
It’s 9:15 am now and I’m already yawning. It’s gonna be a long day.
