The Return of TV

So happy the writer’s strike is over. I’m happy to report for other “How I Met Your Mother” fans that the show will be returning to the airwaves on March 17 with nine episodes set to go into production for the remainder of the season. YAY!

Only CBS has announced their return schedule – I’ll let you know about other shows (specifically – the ones *I* watch) as they are announced.

YAY for “HIMYM”‘s return!!!

The only show I have missed is “24” and I’m glad “Lost” is back but I really couldn’t care less if the other shows ever reappeared. Not a lot of “must see” TV.

That’s funny, I feel the same way about “24.” Actually, everything on TV except for “The Office.” I think there’s one other show I like but not enough to set a date for. Jaynee will know what it is. And don’t say “America’s Next Top Fashion Designer.” LOL

Marmie – just to be clear, I think Denis is saying he also feels “24” is not must see tv. I don’t think he watches 24.

And Denis – I can’t think of ANY show you would set a date for other than Mets baseball.

I don’t get Mets baseball in South Carolina any more — unless I buy DirecTV’s MLB package — which should be announced for sale, hopefully at a discount rate soon.

If I could dump my Springsteen tickets, I could make that my birthday gift instead.

I just checked Ebay and two floor seats (best in the Bob Cats Arena) are going for $51/pair right now. Still seven days to go on the bid though. I’ll be curious what they sell for. There are three bids on them so far. Those seats are worth at least $200 for the pair. Maybe more.

And yes, I meant that I don’t watch “24” and that I feel the same way about that show as she feels about all others. Thanks for setting the record straight.

Oh, yeah. Obama in ’08. Now the google searchers can find Cootiehog easier.

I could easily sell your tix here at work – for face value, of course. But I guarantee they’d sell in about 2 seconds.
