Today I’ve had a Budget Gourmet frozen entree (Spaghetti Marinara) with a slice of plain wheat bread and a handful of popcorn that someone else had as part of their lunch. That was my lunch. No brownie. And my head is messing with me because it’s only 2:26 p.m. and I’m already feeming for something…anything. Even though I usually don’t have a snack until 3:30 or 4 p.m.

Fruit. It’s sweet and good for you.
I was going to say the same thing…fruit. It never tastes so good as when it’s the only option and you’re really hungry. Then, it satisfies the sweet craving and leaves you guilt-free. Plus, it’s better to eat something than nothing (as long as it’s healthy) because of the whole starvation metabolism thing. I’m with you in spirit, Jaynee…I’m going through the same thing over here…the M&M’s have my name all over them, literally and I left my fruit in the car. :nono:
Jaynee!! I love your blog!!
It’s been waaaaaaaay too long, I know.
I third the fruit notion. Speaking of fruit – I just went to Costco yesterday and loaded up! It would, ususally, take an army to eat what I bought… but at 29 weeks pregnant, I have a feeling it will be gone in less than 2 days.
Meghan! Long time no see! You’re PREGGERS??? :eyepop: Congratulations! :beerchug: :cheer:
