I think I’m in love with the further reading plugin after all. I still don’t want it to be on EVERY category and am awaiting word from the plugin creator on how to fix that (his code doesn’t work properly when you try and remove particular categories from showing the listings). But I love having it on the posts about the kids. After posting that picture of CootieBoy I looked at the three posts it recommended and one of them had a VERY sweet picture of CootieBoy when he was first born, with 16-month-old CootieGirl kissing him. She looks like a cherub with her curly red hair, and he is a shrinky-dink little infant.
So if I can ever get the code fixed, I will be keeping the Further Reading available on all posts related to music, movies, tv, books, polls/fun stuff, recipes and the kids. For now, though, it’ll continue to appear on all posts, regardless of category.
