So that’s two horse races in a row that I didn’t pick the winners. But WOW for those that did. Who would have thought that a horse with 70-1 odds would end up the winner. We saw that whoever picked the trifecta (picked the top three horses correct) won $25K+ on a $2 bet. That’s one happy person that bet $10 on the trifecta ($125K+)! So none of my horses were in the top three. My highest, Proud Citizen, came in 5th and ended up hurt. War Emblem, the one everyone was routing for, almost fell out of the gate and never quite recovered. I think I’m done with the horse racing thing. I’ll stick to the roulette wheel at Atlantic City. More fun and it lets my money last longer.
