So today we’re faxing over the signed offer for the land in Fort Mill. We have a couple of logistical questions still, but we’re comfortable about turning in the offer on land in another state.
We’ll have an official survey done to determine the exact lot is right on the original survey done just over a year ago. We won’t be doing a perc test anytime soon simply because we’re not building anytime soon, and we’re buying the land knowing it perc’d for at least a 3 bedroom with bonus. I’ve seen a couple houseplans online that are three bedroom houses with bonus AND a den, and that seems a viable option since we can use the den as the guest room AND have a bedroom for each kid (providing we do end up having a third next year).
