I bet you are dying to hear about the weekend in New Orleans, huh? Well, you’ll have to wait. We’re having problems connecting our camera to the computer to load up the pictures, and I don’t want to post the story til I have pictures ready to share.
But suffice to say I am GRATEFUL I took today off from work because I am so friggin’ tired I can’t even tell you. Denis went to work – but I think he’s nuts anyway. JHP and LP had an earlier flight out yesterday, so they went to work as well. But I smartly stayed home. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
More later – hopefully tonight we’ll have lots to show and tell. I’m on the hunt for Costa Rican Vanilla right now – I’ve only found ONE place that mentions it – a camping resort in Costa Rica. I emailed them to see if they sell it to their visitors. If so, I’ll see if they’ll sell it to me too. I need some Costa Rican Vanilla.

I have been everywhere (I think)…tons of that Bourbon Vanilla…but no Costa Rican…I might try Trader Joe’s. If they have some, I’ll pick up two and send ya one.
Work is for suckers anyway. After any fun weekend activities I come down with couch-itis and call in sick. Maybe someday I’ll be lucky enough to get fired and then it will be sleep in city, population me.

I went to an international grocery yesterday, and browsed the vanilla section for you. You’re right. Costa Rican vanilla is impossible to find. Lots of the Bourbon Vanilla (I’ve drank six little bottles already–hiccup!)… Good luck!
