Here are a few questions for you.
If you know you are going to be working from home for six hours before you leave for vacation, why would you NOT take your laptop with you in order to receive documents you know your admin is sending you via email?
If you know that you work from home occasionally, why would you NOT have a fax machine set up so that you can send/receive edits to your documents via fax?
If you know you have edits to a 30-page document, why on earth would you proceed to go LINE BY LINE through the entire document via telephone and have your admin make those changes while holding the phone in the crook of her neck?
