Well, I just came in from pruning some of my garden and found another dead rabbitito. This one is in the front, next to our driveway. It doesn’t look injured, but who knows? It looks like it’s been there for a day or so.
So let’s see, we think we started with seven rabbititos. The current score:
Cooper: 2, possibly 3
Rabbititos: 4
Cooper is gaining on them. That’s not good.
Oh, poor bunnikins. Cooper wouldn’t have been in front to deposit the other bunnie, so what happened, do you think? Maybe some other critter took him. I know falcons, racoons or foxes are known to scavenge for prey in neighborhoods.
