So Where Is It?

So where is this snow we’re supposed to be getting? Schools in NoNJ closed early today because supposedly it was going to be so bad. It’s 1:18 p.m. and not a single snowflake is in sight.

Lucky kids…

Update at 2:04 p.m.: It finally started just one minute ago here in NYC.

‘Bout time.

Update at 2:10 p.m.: My boss just yelled from his office, “Jaynee, you should think about going home.” It’s been snowing 7 minutes. I love that man.

And no, I’m not going home – I’ll wait until 3:30 p.m. and then make the call as to whether I need to leave early. I think 7 minutes is jumping the gun just a bit.

Update at 2:52 p.m.: Mare-Bear has been on me since my boss hollered out from his office. She actually laid a piece of paper on the floor and had me step on it with her and said, “Are we on the same page now?” *lol* I’m still waiting until 3:30 p.m. Maybe 3:20 p.m.

It’s definitely coming. I expected to wake up to a couple-few inches of snow, but it didn’t start here until close to 10am. They’re still saying 6-10″ total for us here even with the later start. I think we’ve got a couple inches already.
