She Loves Big Brother Flame Jam

As you know, I’ve signed up for the 14-day free subscription to the live feeds of Big Brother 7: All-Stars. Well, one of the more amusing parts of having the feed is when the feed goes to Flames. Flames is called upon when the houseguests start singing well-known songs (since the producers don’t have permission to use those songs), when the houseguests talk about the production (meaning specific production or CBS crewpeople), or when something is going on that they producers don’t want go to out on the feed (mainly competitions that have direct impact on the game). Accompanying the Flames screen is the Big Brother theme music set on a loop to just repeat and repeat and repeat ad nauseum. CootieGirl loves it. The minute it comes on she starts dancing around the living room, “C’mon Mama, dance with me!” When the feeds come back on, making Flames disappear she gets sad, “Turn it back on, Mama!”

I’m thinking that tomorrow I’ll let her see the opening credits of the show and see if she recognizes the music. I’m positive she will, and will demand to stay up and watch the whole episode. Let’s see…Tuesday is veto competition. I may let her see that one – it’s never too early to become a Big Brother fan.
