This morning I logged into my RiteAid rebate account to see if my rebate from last week had gone through, only to find that it wasn’t accepted. I dug out the receipt and my April Rebate book and discovered that the rebate only cover the 4 oz. toothpaste for $2.99, not the 6 oz. toothpaste for $2.99. ARG! Of course, I bought the 6 oz.
The good news, though, is that I used in store coupons AND manufacturer coupons, so I still got the toothpaste for free. I was merely doing the rebate to get overage. So it’s not THAT big a deal. But still – from now on I’m taking the rebate book with me to make sure I’m picking up the right product!!!
