Question #3

List three things you regret not learning to do.

1. Ballroom dance. As much as I love dancing in general, I can’t believe I never learned ballroom dancing. I did at some point go to one of those free seminars that dance studios give, but I didn’t actually dance at the seminar, and I never signed up for classes (I was broke and don’t know why I thought I could sign up).

2. Continuing to learn Russian. I got up to Disk #4 of 6 and just kind of petered out learning how to speak Russian. I still know a few phrases, but I wish I had just dedicated myself to it and really learned fluent Russian and continued speaking it with my kids.

3. Be better at saving money. I’m a spender. I get money, I spend it. I wish I had learned how to be a saver, like my husband. I wouldn’t have had NEARLY the trouble in my 20s that I had if I had learned how to save rather than spend.

    #3 – I’m with ya!

Beau and I talked about taking ballroom dance lessons when we were dating. Somehow the wedding and Jesse put that on a way back burner for now.
