Performance Review

My review for July-December 2005 is officially done. It only 2+ months. Mr. Russell had only nice things to say and Mr. Sutherland had no complaints either. We laid out some objectives for 2006, including learning more about the industry so that I can begin making contact on Mr. Russell’s behalf with some potential clients. At first I was nervous about this directive and said as much (I said, “I don’t want to look stupid if a guy asks me a question and I don’t have the answer.”) He responded that most of the people I’d be contacting won’t know much either and that I’ll only need to know the bare minimum to get them interested and then can shuffle them over to him for further discussion.

Mr. Russell said that I should expect my performance bonus on March 15th and that I will definitely be eligible for a pay raise effective April 1.
