I’m feeling much better today. Thanks for asking. And I’ll have you know that I wasn’t the only one affected – Denis came home from work and announced that the dinner took a toll on him, but just decided to wait until he got to work.
Didn’t do much yesterday other than lay on the couch in between trips to the bathroom. Late in the day I got up the energy to rearrange the flatware drawer in the kitchen. It was a general mess in that drawer, and now it’s all spiffy clean and organized. It’s the little things, you know.
American Idol was good last night. I was surprised that Nashville didn’t have more talent, considering it’s supposed to be a hotbed of good music. After that was on was the State of the Union address by Prez Bush. Did I watch? No. I flipped around the channels for a while before settling on MTV’s Real World. Yep, I’d rather watch cheesy reality tv than a political speech. Call me kooky. And no, I’m not one of those people that complains about my politicians but don’t vote. I don’t usually vote, and I don’t complain. And even when I do vote, I still don’t complain.
