This morning was weigh-in and I’ve lost another three pounds for a total of six pounds gone in two weeks. I must have really been downing a lot of candy and chocolate if I can have those kinds of results without changing anything else in my eating habits. So I’ll continue with the status quo until I’m not losing weight and then I’ll limit something else (less pasta, less bread, less something) and see what happens.

Yeah, but just think how fast it would come off if you did limit those other carbs? đŸ˜‰ In any case, GREAT JOB on the six pounds! Those pounds are going to melt off! You go girl!
True, but since my goal is to just lose 5 pounds a month, I’m content with what I’m doing. I’m not a dieter – this much I know.
Maybe all this “working out” has also contributed to your weight loss and not just cutting back on the candy (which I am sure helped).
