Miscellaneous Things

We have a lot to talk about today – lots of completely random things.

1) JD Adams should NOT have been pushed forward to another round on American Idol 2 because he did horribly last night. Frenchie, on the other hand, rocks and should be in the Top 10.

2) Attn: Women who ride the M27 bus. Yes, I’m pregnant. So when I’m standing in front of you while you sit and relax, don’t look at my belly and then my face trying to determine whether I’m pregnant or not. Cuz you know you’re still not gonna give up your seat, you selfish witch.

3) Denis is bowling tonight with folks at his company. He’s taking his bowling ball and shoes. Hope he bowls well so they don’t all laugh at him for trying to look like an expert bowler.

4) Dang it, I forgot to watch “Angel” last night and supposedly he became Angelus last night. ARG! I was too busy watching JD Adams flub his song on AI2 and forgot to tape “Angel”

5) I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful my job has become now that I’m not working for that one horrible demeaning banker. Now he gets to break the spirit of the New Hot Admin. Woo Hoo!

6) Heartburn sucks. Really, it does. I never had pity for those that suffered from it and never quite understood how they could complain so much. Well here’s me. Complaining. And suffering. This pregnancy NEEDS to end soon.

7) Harry Potter Bertie Bott’s Jelly Beans – yes, they have all those gross flavors just like in the book and movie. Whatever you do – stay away from the SARDINE flavored bean. It makes the VOMIT one almost taste good.

I feel the same way about JD Adams. Doesn’t Frenchie have the most amazing voice? I loved it that they paired her with Kimberley Locke. Those two deserve top ten.

Wayne Brady of the worst morning talk show in history keeps praising Frenchie too. I don’t watch the show! I don’t watch Wayne Brady either but I did catch him talking about her!!!

Jaynee, you don’t want the pregnancy over yet…enjoy some alone time with Denis and with yourself…before you know it it’s over and although no more heartburn it’s a whole new set of stuff that Tums won’t help!!!

Jane! Angel ruled last night. I recorded it so, let me know if you want me to bring it over next weekend. But, just to let you know..Angelus didn’t become present until the last 5 minutes.

I got my son Bertie Bott’s every flavor beans for Christmas. They were ok – half the flavors were good & half sucked. (I have no idea what the sucky flavors were . . .)

    *lol*

    1. I don’t think a lot of those people should have made it to the top 32, but they had to pick 32 people. What a bunch of losers. The top 10 should be easy to pick next week.

    2. You’re hilarious. I can imagine the look you gave them back.

    3. You’re such a supportive wife. *smirk* I know Denis appreciates you.

    6. Bummer. Try the liquid stuff too…Kirby swears by it.

    7. Ew. I think I’ll stick with Jelly Bellys.

OH, Lord! The BBEFBs are incredibly fun! Vomit flavor is really vomit-y… I wonder how they did it?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no “vomit flavor” – or any other such flavor – in the Bertie Botts bag (I have a bag here in front of me. I gave it to my son in his stocking for Christmas. It still has some beans in it – we already ate all the good ones.) It’s just full of different flavored jelly beans of different colors – but none of the flavors are identified in any way. Some of the beans are too hot & spicy – but nothing tastes like vomit (then again, I’m not an expert on the subject) . . . Hmmm. This reminds me of a scene from the movie “Spinal Tap” . . .

Ah, but I beg to differ, nikita! We bought the beans at the movies last week and Denis had the pleasure of biting into pepper, sardines and vomit during the movie. On the drive home we sought out the “bad” ones and sure enough, the sardine bean was BAD (so bad I spit it out in our driveway). Then I tried grass and it indeed tasted like grass. I refused to try vomit, but Denis had it and assured me that sardines was probably worse (he had had both).

Do you even know what you are talking about? JD Adams definitely should have been pushed forward to another round of American Idol. Not only does he have a great voice, but he is also the hottest contestant there is!

JD definitely should’ve made it. His voice is great and he has a great look. He has star quality!

J.D. is what the show is looking for though – an idol!

JD was amazing tonight!!! By tomorrow, he will hopefully be part of the top 10, no thanks to you. And lets be honest, who makes weird websites about their boring lives??? Don’t you have anything better to do with your time?

My family is friends with JD’s family and we’ve heard JD sing since he was a freshman in high school and his sister’s been famous in Burbank since she was in elementary school! Trust me, JD has music talent beyond what a few of those people have and so does his sister (don’t be surprised if you see her on American Idol in a few years)…So whether you heard it on the show or not (I’d like to see you try to sing in front of millions of people), JD is plenty talented and I want you to remember that.

Burbankian, I don’t dispute that JD is talented – he proved that well enough during his face time on AI2 over the past few weeks. I agree he’s very talented – and very brave to put his voice on the line for America to judge. However, that doesn’t mean that he should be voted forward to the next round if America didn’t choose him. He and Charles sang about evenly on the show a few days ago, but Charles was just a bit better that night. That’s why Charles is definitely in the next round and JD might have to settle for the wildcard spot.
