As you can see in the new moblog picture I have a cute new purse. It is courtesy of Angie at Fluid Pudding, one of the funniest women in the blog world. She mentioned that scrapbooking was her newest hobby, so I packed up all the scrapbooking stuff I haven’t look at in 2 1/2 years and shipped it to her. As her way of saying thanks she made me this fabulous little purse which I received this weekend in the mail. CootieGirl wanted it for herself (“Mama, it’s pretty!”) but I was able to convince her that it would be mine but I’d let her use it occasionally as the need arises.
It’s AWESOME and upon inspecting it Denis said, “She MADE this? You need to learn how to knit!” My response: “Dude, I just shipped her tons of scrapbooking crap because I realized that I’m not a Hobby Person nor am I creative enough to do that stuff. READING is my hobby and I’m sticking with it.” He laughed and said, “At least you know your limitations.”
