Is That Allowed on South Beach?

So twice this weekend I made a delicious chocolate malted milkshake. Both times they were made to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. The one I made on Saturday was shared by CootieGirl and me. We each had our own straw and sat forehead to forehead slurping down the wonderfully cold concoction in about 2 minutes.

Then last night I made myself another one. The ice cream I used was Turkey Hill’s “Chocolate Marshmallow” ice cream and yowsah is that some good stuff. I don’t know how they did it, but the marshmallow in the ice cream is actually syrupy despite being in the freezer.

So basically what does this post mean? It means don’t ask me about my diet. I haven’t been following it at all over the past few weeks. But I’m not worried. I have six months to lose some more weight before the two weddings I’m participating in this December. It’ll happen.

I have discovered the Chocolate Marshmallow frozen yogurt myself and I agree, it’s delish. Just remember, it’s easier to lose weight in the summer when all the fresh fruits and vegies are plentiful and the sweet urge is satisfied with something frozen ~ once the weather turns cold, your body is going to scream for comfort food. My motto right now is, “Diet now, Fall (and for me ‘tea season’) is coming!”

    Oh, she’ll eat those cookies!

Won’t you be 6 months preggers by December? :13: At that point you’ll be in a maternity dress anyway…
