One of my favorite movies was 1977’s “The Goodbye Girl” starring Marsha Mason and Richard Dreyfus – it’s a funny funny movie that still makes me laugh even this many years later.
So I’m a little excited that Warner Bros. and TNT are doing a remake with Patricia Heaton who stars on “Everybody Loves Raymond” and Jeff “Dumb and Dumber” Daniels. It airs on TNT on January so keep an eye out in your local listings – you won’t be disappointed!
That is one of Ed’s favorite movies too. I’m not sure what that says about both of you but I’m worried.
Heh heh…
Patricia Heaton, yes. Jeff Daniels, no. Although I can’t think of who would be better in that role right now.
um no smarty, jeff BRIDGES not jeff daniels is in the remake of the goodbye girl. do your homework.
ML, you’re crazy! We got the message.
Sorry, ML, but it is Jeff Daniels.
Jeff Bridges would be worse! I love him, but he’s not suited to that character at all. Daniels is closer, but still not right.
