I know we’re not building a house for at least 5-10 years, but man this new home plans website by Garant Homes makes me drool. Denis and I both love Victorian homes – we long for a front porch on the house we build, and quite possibly a turret (which would be a great place for my circular library that I would love to have).
The website doesn’t just feature Victorians – it also has Caribbean house plans and Meditteranean house plans which are just as lovely. And besides floorplans the website also has interior and exterior photos of homes that have already been built using their plans – a lot of floorplan websites don’t offer that.
Their plans are nice, and Garant Homes offers customization for a reasonabel cost – something that’s important for someone like me that hopes to have a personal touch in whatever house we build, especially if we don’t end up designing our own house.
I’ve definitely bookmarked this website for safekeeping since during down times I like to look at floorplans. Call it a hobby. 😉
