Today I received a gift certificate from Amazon as part of my Amazon Associates affiliate program. It was for $16.04. So I went to my wishlist and decided to order the 30th anniversary of Schoolhouse Rock. I have the videos of this series, but the 30th anniversary includes a bunch of songs that came out in the early 80s, when I wasn’t watching Saturday morning cartoons anymore. This will be so much fun to watch with the CootieKids since we’re going to see Schoolhouse Rock Live in April 2008.
With shipping, the DVD came to almost $18. However, I had $2.73 left on an AmEx gift card that my mom had given me, so I had that cover the rest of the DVD cost, so in effect the whole thing is FREEEEEEEEEE….
off topic, but i’ll be interested to hear your opinion of “The Office” last night… did you watch it yet?
Wow.. when you say things like “in the early 80s, when I wasn’t watching Saturday morning cartoons”, it makes think.. “How old is Jaynee again?”
