We were nervous about what our tax situation would be this year given the fact that in 2006 we sold our old house, moved to a new state, bought a new house and both changed jobs. This year we opted to still use our accountant in NoNJ since we had the NoNJ issues, and we finally found out the verdict.
We don’t owe taxes. That’s the best part.
Secondly, we’ll get a decent tax refund from Federal.
He hopes to mail out our docs today or tomorrow so by Friday or so we’ll know exactly how much we’ll be getting back.
And so then we’ll begin the hunt for a new accountant in this area, one that can also handle small business accounting for us if I’m able to get the art business off the ground.
