When I was a kid we lived in England for a couple years – I was very young, but one of the really major things I remember was being a huge fan of Gary Glitter. He was the 1970s British response to Vegas Elvis, and I adored him.
So it’s sad when you read about how despicable he is and that he’s specifically been that way in THREE COUNTRIES and to who knows how many children.
Sad sad sad. And don’t get me started on the haircut featured in the article’s photo.
Ew. I got the Michael Jackson creepy feelings looking at that picture. It’s too bad your childhood idol turned out to be despicable. Ick.
