This weekend I didn’t pay attention to ANY food that went in my mouth. I ate chocolate, hamburgers, chips, and anything my heart desired. It was GLORIOUS. *lol* But as a result, I gained a pound. But that’s okay, because I still lost a pound over the entire week – so WOO HOO!!!
Today I’m back to diligently counting my calories and paying attention to everything I eat. But man was the weekend fun. I’ll have to do that again sometime.
You definitely have to treat yourself once in awhile or you’ll get burned out.
