So apparently The Company does quarterly performance reviews. How annoying is that? Mr. Russell just came by and said he wants to do my performance review in the next couple of days. I’m kind of nervous yet confident. It’s weird.
I know I’ve done a good job – I’ve learned SalesLogix, I’ve created professional brochures, I’ve gotten Mr. Russell a bit more organized. So in that regard I know I’ll get good comments. However, I can see where I might get critical comments. I don’t volunteer – I wait for them to come to me (although I volunteer to the other ADMINS, which he doesn’t see). I have forgotten a couple small requests and only did them after being reminded of them. And despite his letting me leave early, he may say I’m abusing that a bit (although I don’t leave if there is work to be done – in fact, I stayed a bit late yesterday because Mr. Russell handed me something at 4:45 p.m.).
So we’ll see. It could go either way, really.
Maybe you will get a phenomenal raise, for all your upcoming events! đŸ™‚
PJ – Somehow I know that won’t happen! *lol* But I do know that my bonus amount went up last week because The Company closed a huge deal and dumped tons of $$ into the bonus pool for employees.
