The fitting went well last night. The dress is looking great for Mare-Bear’s wedding. The seamstress wants one more fitting once I get my dyed shoes tomorrow night to verify that the hem doesn’t need to be taken up (I don’t think it will since the shoes I’ve been wearing for the fittings are 1/2 an inch shorter than the shoes I bought, and the dress just skims the floor with those shoes).
