Displaying My Wares

I have another craft show this weekend. And I’ll be honest – I’m still not quite happy with how my booth set up has been working. My artwork is displayed fine, but my blankets are still missing that “wow” factor to really show them off nicely. This coming week’s fair is outdoors, and the high temps for the day will be the upper 60s. Which means if I can really show off my blankets nicely, then they should sell.

This kind of setup would be awesome – I could put the baby blankets on one of those smaller upper shelves and then big blankets on my big tables underneath. That way I’d have a nice “multi-level” display which I think is important to show off the various fleece fabric patterns.

I would also like the banner stands and would definitely see if I can work something like that to hang my banner, which currently is connected to my booth roof with cables. I’ve read that the roofing structure of my booth tent is NOT supposed to have thing hung from it, so my current banner display choice is certainly not the best.

And I’m still on the lookout for some sort of spinning card display case for my ACEOs. Almost like those spin display cases for postcards that you find in some stores.

In any event, should the day come that I have a fair amount of profit in my art stuff, I know exactly what kind of thing I’m looking for when the next craft market season comes upon me.

I know this is a PPP.

We started using the blanket you made for Jesse and it’s great. So toasty.

Also, have you considered a quilt rack type thing to hang your blankets on?

The problem with a quilt rack is that it still doesn’t provide “multi-level” viewing.
