Checkin’ Things Off the List

Last night was “Project Night”. Denis and I were on a mission to do three things, and happily all were accomplished. First we went over to Sleepy’s and picked up a twin mattress – in record time, no less. We were there and home with the mattress inside of 30 minutes. WOO HOO!! We then headed over to Best Buy and quickly picked up a 19″ tv for the attic to replace the one that doesn’t work anymore. Brought that home, set it up and voila – we now have TV available in the attic while we’re spending endless hours on the computer. Our last project was setting up the daybed I recently won on ebay. That took a bit longer, but after much sweating (that attic gets way too hot in the summer) it was finally put together. So now we have a cozy little guest area up there now. But rest assured if you come and end up having to sleep there – we’ll run the air conditioner for you. I’m sympathetic to your plight.
