It has come to my attention that Suzanne Pleshette (who was Bob’s wife on The Bob Newhart Show back in the 1970s) passed away on Saturday. She was 70 years old.
Apparently her death is being attributed to respiratory failure. However, over a year ago she also had chemotherapy to battle lung cancer. So I’m sure that didn’t help.
RIP Suzanne Pleshette.
So no winner yet, huh? I’m starting to think that Meghan is going to win the way the press is talking these days. I think Brit’s obit has already been written!!!

I just read that Suzanne Pleshette was married to Tom Poston who died earlier in 2007. He was the droll handyman on the second Bob Newhart show. Loved them both.
