I just did a count and I have 45 call reports done now for Mr. Russell. According to my list I have 35 left to do. However, of those 45, at least 7 were reports that he didn’t even have down on the list, so I can presume I have about 40 left, not 35. Either way, it’s gratifying to know that I’m at least halfway done!
We’ve decided to color-code his files. That’ll help me as I slowly figure out the difference between a broker and a client (right now I can never tell who is who). I’m awaiting my supplies that I’ve ordered at which time I’ll go in to his office and redo his whole filing system. Sounds daunting, right? Thankfully it’s not – since he’s only been at The Company since April he hasn’t had time to build a really large set of files, so it should only take me a couple hours to do the whole thing.
