My commute this morning was a breeze – did a lot of people take today off as an extra vacation day after the long weekend? Places where I’m usually at a brief dead stop I was able to breeze right through this morning.
I wish my commute could be like that every single day of the year.
Today should be a relatively quiet day. Mr. Russell doesn’t have any meetings coming up so I’ll be able to spend most of my time on the database updates that I worked on on Friday. Plus today is my reception backup day, so I’ll be at the front desk for a good portion of the day.
The kids slept HARD last night after the BBQ yesterday. And fortunately the 50 SPF suntan lotion did it’s job because neither kid is sunburned today despite being outside for a good portion of the day yesterday.
