So yesterday I spent a good portion of my afternoon unpacking. At the office, that is. However, it was broken up by Denis and the kids meeting me to take me out to dinner, which was great. And the new office is very nice – a lot of people are complaining that their workareas got smaller, but I’m quite pleased because mine is actually BIGGER than what I had (my space was called “The Cave” by the other people in the company because it was so small). I actually have an entire drawer that is EMPTY in my filing cabinet! At the other office, I didn’t even HAVE a filing cabinet! I kept files in boxes under my desk!!
Mr. BIL and I have perfect views of each other from our desks. Which means he had better not be the type to pick his nose at his desk or else I’m forever going to be grossed out by ANYTHING he hands me to work on.
I haven’t even seen Skater’s office yet – he’s on a completely different floor than I am. As soon as I’m done posting I’m going to pop up there and see how he is doing.
In other news, I’m slowly making progress on the cds. I’m up to the F’s now. I did Col-E last night and still have another 50 or so spots in the 2nd binder. With any luck I’ll be done by Friday.
