I called Lens1st just to see if they had processed my order for my contact lenses. According to Jim, my customer service rep, they are shipping out TODAY.
And yet when I called the dastardly EyeDrx (I won’t bother linking to them since they SUCK), they claimed my lenses were still on BACKORDER. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? I placed my order at EyeDrx on March 14 – no lenses.
I place my order from Lens1st and voila – lenses shipped out in under a week. Now that, my friends, is quality service.
