Today I had lunch with Donna, of Delirious Cool fame. She is in NYC on business and after expressing some anxiety about visiting the big city and my resulting encouragement, agreed to make time in her schedule for lunch.
We had some good food and great conversation – as I told her when we parted, there were no awkward pauses which can sometimes occur when people meet. She’s a really nice woman and totally fits her blog personality! Hopefully next time she comes to NYC she’ll drag her husband along and the four of us can go out to dinner.
