Presidential Hopefuls

I usually ignore things like this, but I happened upon the Presidential Candidate Quiz through Interrobang, and went ahead and took the quiz. Here are my results. What’s funny is that I match GWB for number one, but the REST of them are democrats! What’s scary: why on EARTH would Al Sharpton be on my list. I can’t stand that man!

My Results:

1. Bush, George W. – US President (100%)
2. Lieberman Senator Joe CT – Democrat (60%)
3. Kerry, Senator John, MA – Democrat (58%)
4. Gephardt, Cong. Dick, MO – Democrat (53%)
5. Kucinich, Cong. Dennis, OH – Democrat (52%)
6. Edwards, Senator John, NC – Democrat (43%)
7. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT – Democrat (35%)
8. Moseley-Braun, Former Senator Carol IL – Democrat (33%)
9. Graham, Senator Bob, FL – Democrat (30%)
10. Sharpton, Reverend Al – Democrat (30%)

Mine came out 100% for GWB – but remember, there are no other Republican candidates so they are scoring the only other candidates, which are Dems. I also had Leiberman as number 2 but Moseley-Braun as last. It just means that on a percentage of the issues, the candidates agrees with your/my positions. Example, Moseley-Braun agrees with me on just 16% of my positions.

No, it’s graded on a curve thing. It’s not that you or they match you to that percentage excatly. It’s that with GWB as your 100% (he’s your baseline), that’s how the others match up. Does that make sense?

I’m pretty happy with my results. GW doesn’t appear on my list until #29 where he belongs. And after reading about Howard Dean yesterday, I was leaning towards voting for him. I have to read up more about Dennis Kucinich. I like his first name already. *lol*
