The house appraiser just left – he said we’ll know the value of our house in the next 7-10 days. He was a nice guy – he looked just like my Uncle Bill, so I felt comeraderie (sp?) with him the minute he walked in the door.
CootieGirl and Cooper both behaved while he was here. Cooper barked at the guy while he was looking at our backyard, but calmed down once he saw the guy was allowed in the house. CootieGirl had been fussing for almost an hour despite having a bottle and a fresh diaper, but stopped crying when the guy showed up.
I guess she’s bored having just me around during the day.
That’s great. Hope it appraises for the amount we want, and the rest of this process goes smoothly. I have to find out what’s going on. I’ll look for the contract tonight to check the date when this has to be completed by.
