So I started my new book today at lunch.
I did NOT want to come back to my desk. I wish I WAS home, curled up in bed – if I was, I’d SO have this book done by the end of the afternoon. It’s the first time in a long time that I have gotten into a book so quickly that I can’t stop.
It’s the “Twilight” trilogy – you’ve probably heard of it. Teen vampire love story. LOVE IT.
You and a vampire story? What a surprise. LOL I still think I need to see my screenplay Vampyreville on the big screen.
This sounds like a book series my teen daughter would love! Would it be appropriate for her, or is it a little too intense?
Tracy – not yet, but I’m only 100 pages into the first book thus far.
My friend who is a huge Buffy fan recommended the Twilight series very highly. I’m going to need to read them, too! 🙂
PrincessJami – I certainly can see a comparison to Buffy (both are set in high school).
My only complaint, and it is STRICTLY OF MY OWN DOING. I keep picturing horrible actor Hayden Christiansen as Edward – and it’s driving me crazy. I’m gonna go and see whose playing the role in the first movie (coming out in December) so I can replace him.
Just got my answer. The guy who played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter. That’s AWESOME!!!
Oh, I like him! Cool.
