So I’m entering my third month of my 30-day commitments to lose weight in 2008. I haven’t talked about the program in a while because, frankly, my scale was not my friend for about two weeks. The two weeks after I finished my no chocolate commitment. Yowsah. A complete free-for-all of binging on chocolate. I’m addicted – I know that.
Anyway, thankfully Lent came around and I finally was forced to give up the chocolate again. That, in addition to the other things I’m doing for Lent, equal the following status as of today:
Not bad! I must admit I have NOT exercised like I said I would – although I did go out dancing last Friday night. But this week I will step up and accomplish my goal of exercising 3x a week. Time willing.
