Wanna hear what I’ve eaten today (I know – I hate those posts as much as you do)?
Breakfast: nothing (I only eat breakfast on the weekends)
Snack: about 50 fl oz of water
Lunch: a WW entree, a cup of canned fruit, a package of cookies from the vending machine
My afternoon snack will be: MORE WATER
On the Biggest Loser last night, Jillian said that it is very important to eat something for breakfast. I always hear this, but didn’t know the real reason for it. She said that your body is in a “fast” mode after sleeping and eating something makes your metabolism start back up. Don’t know if it’s totally accurate, but it makes sense to me!
