We’ll be hopping into the car in about 20 minutes to head home. I went to bed last night around 10 p.m. and slept until 8 a.m. So I am WELL RESTED. Doesn’t mean I won’t get sleepy on the ride to SC, though. *lol* Nowadays I get sleepy very easily if I drive long distances. My days of driving 5 hours, dancing for 12 hours, then driving another 5 hours are long over. Man, I had stamina back then.
Anyway, I’m on the hunt for a sewing machine. In talking about it with mom we’ve determined that I need to find a good, cheap, used machine that is newer than the one I have now. I have a few bookmarked at ebay to watch, and also found one on Craiglist that I emailed the owner about. We’ll see what happens.
Back to work for me tomorrow (Denis has the day off). It should be a productive day – lots of filing, cleaning, and organizing so that we begin 2008 with as clean as slate as possible. I’ve already warned Mr. BIL that I’ll be cleaning his office while he’s out tomorrow. He doesn’t know what’s comin’, but I’m whipping that room into shape tomorrow.
