What a disappointing finale. Seriously, can we just erase tonight and have LAST week’s episode be the finale?
Mel B: I liked her cha cha well enough, but her Paso Doble’s are so much better. I admit I missed her freestyle because CootieGirl got remote control happy and pressed a bunch of buttons and I couldn’t get it back to normal until the last beat of the song. But what I saw and heard I didn’t like, and I normally love that style of dancing.
Marie Osmond: Ugh. The samba was just okay, but her freestyle was a MESS. If you think otherwise you are insane. It just wasn’t good AT ALL. You know Jenny Garth is freaking out at home right now.
Helio: First dance – entertaining but faulty. Second dance – faulty but entertaining. On the freestyle, there were some GREAT moves but I also noticed that Helio really didn’t commit to the entire middle section of the dance. He totally got loose and pretty much gave up doing any of the arm movements he was supposed to be doing. I was very surprised when the judges didn’t mention that at all AND gave him such high marks.
So who will win – after tonight’s show who cares? Seriously. If Marie wins, so be it. Because Mel B and Helio should have been MUCH MUCH better and were just subpar.
