This weekend as I was lugging my craft market junk back into the garage (our nice clean garage), I noticed a lot of stains on the cement floor. My next door neighbor uses some really foul smelling chemical to get up the stains from her garage floor, and I can’t help but think there are better alternatives.
If I were to redo my garage flooring I’d most likely look into floor tiles. They are pretty big – about 18 x 18 inches and come in a variety of colors.
And considering the fact that a lot of people around our neighborhood use their garage as an outdoor living room (no lie – they have sofas and tvs in there), having the fancy floor might be a good selling feature down the road as well. Even better? You can take ’em with you when you move! So the investment totally seems worth it.
