Mr. BIL just asked me to send an email with some attachments. I hit “send” and our system flaked out and stripped all of the attachments so that they were NOT in the email when it went out. No reason why – my printout of the draft email SHOWS the attachments were there. But when I go into my “sent” box – no attachments.
So I attempted to send them again. Stripped again.
So then I saved them all as PDFs in a separate folder and attached those. Except somehow one of the PDFs that I sent was actually a duplicate Word document. NO IDEA how it got in there since I saved the PDFs to a separate folder and used only that folder to put in the attachments.
So then I had to send a FOURTH email with that correct PDF file. So embarrassing.
And so NOT how this day has gone. It has actually been a great day today – got a lot of little things done, had a lot of laughs, day went pretty quickly.
