As I’ve said before, I love online shopping and I think last year was finally the year when I bought ALL of the Christmas gifts online. This year will be much the same. And while I’ve already gotten started, with the gift for my mother already bought, as well as a couple of the kids, I know this year I’ll have a tough time finding a gift for my sister. She will remind me occasionally of the year we were in college and I bought her a pair of red high heels for her birthday. Not the best choice of gift, I know, but I had limited funds and they were only $10.
Christmas Gifts for Sisters shouldn’t be that hard in general, but my sister now makes jewelry, so I can’t get her any jewelry. She has a new baby, but Christmas gifts should be about HER, not the baby. Although come to think of it, getting her something like a crystal jewelry holder might be the perfect thing, since I know she probably makes a lot of jewelry that she ends up keeping for herself (her stuff is so nice, I’d totally keep it if I were her!).
This candleholder is really cute too, and looks very vintagey.
Fortunately there are still two months left between now and Christmas, so I have plenty of time to really find the perfect item for my sister. But at least I know there are several options out there, even for the girl who has everything. I also like this little angel and think it could be cute in Baby J’s room (although that would still be a gift for the baby and not for her, huh?).
Even at this point in her life, she isn’t the girl who has everything…if you are looking for ideas, give me a call. 😉
Um, I have a few things on my Etsy favorites list that I kind of like. Jewelry – stuff I don’t have the skillz to make yet.
Also, I need new clothes – so a gift card from Eddie Bauer would be helpful.
Stuff like that – I definitely don’t have everything. Marmie does! 😆
That angel is sweet, though.
