Dutch Baby Pancake is in the oven baking! And did I mention that my husband is slow-roasting a pork shoulder for dinner tonight? The thing is HUGE and smells heavenly. And the baking won’t stop there – the other day I made some cookie dough but the dough turned out weird (didn’t stop me from making a dozen cookies and eating the dough), and when I told him that I had hoped they’d turn out more like Mrs. Fields, he took pity on me. Today he is going to make them for me! YAY!!!
